We need city policies that raise the minimum wage, improve access to jobs, increase opportunities and services for youth, and create jobs that hire local and minority residents.
To build safe communities, we need living wage jobs, affordable housing, well-funded public services, and a strong social safety net.
If elected, Rafael is committed to making sure all residents of the 15th Ward receive fair and responsive city services.
